Interval House Hamilton

On Thursday, December 17, 2009 Albanese Branding hosted their 2nd Annual House Full of Hope Open House. About 50-60 of their clients, suppliers, friends and family members joined together to help raise over $12,000.00 in cash donations, non-perishable food, personal care items, health & beauty products, basic necessities, clothing, unwrapped children’s toys and age appropriate gifts. Thank you to Starward Homes, Dufferin Construction Company and JNE Consulting for conducting their own House Full of Hope Campaign. A big thank you to Y108/CHML for presenting a check of $5,000 from their Tree of Hope Fundraising Campaign. Everyone who was involved and who came out really helped us out and made a difference for the women and children at Interval House of Hamilton.

Our objective is to collect of non-perishable food, personal care, health & beauty items, unwrapped children’s toys and age appropriate gifts for the children of women in crisis residing temporarily at the Interval House of Hamilton shelter.

The challenge for Interval House of Hamilton is to generate greater awareness of our programs, as well as raising an annually operating shortfall of $360,000. At Interval House of Hamilton we provide vital services for women and their children who are victims of domestic violence.

The 22 bed Residential Shelters offers a safe environment, essential living needs and Community-Based Counseling for victims of violence. Interval House of Hamilton also provides Public Education, Advocacy and Research.
